The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Ms. Karen is so pleasant and empathetic. I have pain in my cervical, thoracic and lumbar, when I first arrived to the practice I was barely able to walk but Dr. Barcomb is a miracle worker in my opinion! I would say that I was 20% able to just move around and after 3-4 visits I would say I’m at 70-80% better, back pain is always a work in progress. I’ll continue seeing him for as long as he’s in practice, and I drive 1 hour one way to see him. Thank you Dr. Barcomb and Ms. Karen for everything you do for your patients.

Excellent chiropractor, courteous and affordable. Thanks to Dr. Barcomb I am finally PAIN FREE after close to 20 years of constant discomfort. I'm retired military and I've seen countless chiropractors over the years as I moved around the country. No one has ever been able to help me until now. He is the first Gonstead practitioner I've seen and I think that makes a difference--his adjustments are very targeted and I can feel the relief immediately. I only go occasionally now for maintenance and I'm forever grateful. Highly recommend.

I have been to chiropractors in the past, but my experience with Dr. Barcomb was far superior to anything I have ever been to. The initial evaluation with my X-Ray on the big screen in the exam room was a great visual of where my spine needed an alignment. Dr. Barcomb was thorough in his exam and initial adjustment. Not sure why my chiropractic experiences are so different. HIGHLY recommend seeing Dr. Barcomb
Dr. Barcomb and his staff were very professional and informative! Before I came to west coast spine center I was in significant pain and Dr.B sessions helped a ton. I've seen noticeable improvement in my pain. I've been to other chiropractors before but Dr. Barcomb takes the cake on performance.
I don’t normally leave reviews, but after my auto accident I went to another local chiropractor that I was referred to by one of those medical and legal referral services. My experience was awful! I lost a lot of my PIP benefits with unnecessary treatment and tests. I found Dr. Barcomb and he literally saved my life. He was very thorough with his initial evaluation. The Xray on the TV and the entire experience gave me an additional sense of security made me feel comfortable through the whole “cracking” process. I also needed some physical therapy treatment. Mrs. Barcomb was great! All the headaches and neck/back pain from the whiplash are gone now! THANK YOU DR. BARCOMB!
Dr. barcomb has done wonders for me. Steroid injections did not work. His chiropratic care DID work. I highly recommend him... and with his wonderful office staff, I'm glad to be his patient!

Westcoast Spine Center is a great place for your needs. Had to go there to treat neck and back pain after car accident. Dr. Barcomb is very knowledgeable and caring. Took the time to discuss all my needs and provided relief on the first visit. The staff is courteous and accommodating with the appointments. I highly recommend.

I came a week ago with a back injury and was barely able to walk. After first session was able to move and have seen them a few times made a full recovery. They took care of my needs and were very affordable. Friendly staff which seems hard to come by in Sarasota. For my first visit no one would take me and they were about to close for the day but still took me. I trust no one else to take care of my back.
Literally the best chiropractor I've ever been to. My wife and I were in a car accident several years ago and had seen other chiropractors. They were fine but never fixed the underlying problem, so we have been dealing with quite a bit of upper back and shoulder and neck pain for a while. We finally got so fed up with the almost constant pain and looked up a Gonstead chiropractor. The best decision we have ever made. Hands down. Within a couple weeks of intensive visits, we started to notice actual, sustained relief. We are still on an intensive plan (only on week 3), but IT IS GETTING BETTER WITH EVERY VISIT. This place is the best. Doctors and staff are awesome, too.
I am very excited to have found such a great chiropractor in Florida. We are vacationing here for two months and Dr Barcomb has been able to adjust me better than I have been in a long time. I definitely will be seeing him when we come back next year.Such a capable& competent & caring Dr. Also great professional staff and lovely office.
Westcoast Spine center is the best place to go for chiropractic care and physical therapy. Craig, Donna, and their staff are very friendly and welcoming. The treatments work and you will definitely start to feel better and better. I highly recommend!
I have chronic back issues and when my back went out recently, Dr Barcomb was able to see me quickly and help me immediately. My pain subsided after a few visits; I now feel really good. I liked his thorough approach, which included going carefully over my x-rays together, answering my questions and having a discussion about the issues before any treatment was done. The electric stim machine they use helps release the muscles, which I really need, in addition to just having the adjustments. I have recommended this practice to others.

Dr. Barcomb has really helped me deal with the aches and pains that come along with running and getting in shape. I've tried several other types of therapy without the results I've seen from Dr. Barcomb. I also appreciate that he explains to me what he's doing during my adjustments. Very happy with the care and office staff. I feel great every time I leave his office.
I have the highest regard for Dr. Barcomb's skills, and that of his staff. Normally, my visits are for maintenance purposes. But a recent vehicle accident requires more care. I have complete confidence is his diagnosis and treatments. Having experienced various Chiropractic care around the country, I rate Dr. Barcomb as the best!

By happenstance I was referred to Donna Barcomb for physical therapy after an auto accident. I was initially seeing another chiropractor in Sarasota and I wasn’t really getting any better. The more I spoke with Donna, I came to find that her husband practices a style of chiropractic care called “The Gonstead Method”. After a lot of research and reading the reviews, I decided to switch chiropractors. It was the BEST decision for my health and healing I could’ve ever made. You won’t regret your decision, these two individuals are highly educated professionals and extremely skilled in their fieldS and you’ll wish you found them sooner!
Dr. Barcomb is an excellent technician and very knowledgeable concerning the mechanics of the human body. He gives excellent personal care and is concerned with you as an individual. He has also kept me off the operating table for over ten years. I highly recommend his practice. The office staff is friendly and professional. They understand the problems that come up with daily life and will work to schedule you to the very best of their ability.

5 stars isn’t enough to measure how pleased I’ve been with Dr. Barcomb. I’ve been living with a consistent pain in my shoulder for years with no relief from any of my primary care Dr’s suggestions. After some independent research I made an appointment at Dr. Barcomb’s office with the mindset that I was going to try anything to get some relief and thank goodness I did! In our initial consultation my complaints were heard and validated. After the first adjustment there was instant relief and with the continued care I have been so thrilled with the results. Furthermore the office staff is always so pleasant and the whole time I’m in the office I feel valued and cared for.
